Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 and 1/4 cups water

  • 7 egg yolks

  • 3 tablespoons coffee diluted in 2 tablespoons hot water

  • 1 and 1/2 cups sugar

  • 4 and 1/2 tablespoons instant vanilla pudding

  • 1 cup Everclear grain alcohol (available at liquor stores)

Directions

For the Liqueur

1.

Place all ingredients in a container. Using a hand blender, blend until smooth. Store at room temperature.

2.

Pour into glass bottles and close tightly.

Raw eggs I’m hesitant to send something with raw eggs. Is there a substitute? How much in advance can I make it and is it ready to drink immediately? Also about how many ounces does it make (just says 6 servings)?
