Delicious and filling, this salad is a great way to use up leftover beef or veal. With the combination of different flavors and textures, this salad is sure to become a hit!
1 cup cooked beef or veal, diced
2 large sour pickles, such as Gefen
1 large apple, peeled and diced
2 cooked potatoes, diced
1 small onion, minced
1 tablespoon oil
1 and 1/2 tablespoons Gefen Vinegar
2 tablespoons Gefen Mayonnaise
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
Combine oil, vinegar, and mayonnaise.
Place all other ingredients in salad bowl.
Pour dressing over salad and mix well.
