Directions

Prepare the Cold Fruit Soup

1. In a four-quart saucepan, place fruits with water and sugar. Cook for 20 to 30 minutes.
2. Blend until smooth. Stir dissolved cornstarch into soup.
3. Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes until thickened. Chill well. Serve cold, topped with sour cream.
