These soft and moist cupcakes are exceptional! I guarantee this will become your kids’ favorite recipe for their Siyums and parties.
Yields 12 cupcakes
2 eggs
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup orange juice
3/4 cup sugar
1 and 1/2 teaspoons Gefen Vanilla Extract
1 and 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1 and 1/2 cups Glicks Flour
1/3 cup Pure Food by Estee Sprinkles
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine the flour, sugar, and baking powder and mix.
Add the margarine and mix on low until you get coarse crumbs.
Add one egg at a time, scraping the bowl after each egg.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until the batter is smooth.
Fold in the sprinkles.
Fill the lined cupcake pans and bake for 20-22 minutes.
