Ingredients

Cupcake Top Sprinkle Cookies

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1/4 cup Haddar Brown Sugar

  • 1/3 cup orange juice

  • 3/4 cup oil plus 2 tablespoons

Directions

1.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line two baking sheets with Gefen Parchment Paper.

2.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugars together.

3.

Add the orange juice and oil, and mix well.

4.

Slowly incorporate the flour and baking powder, mixing until combined.

5.

Stir in the sprinkles.

6.

Using a medium-sized cookie scoop, place the cookie dough onto the lined baking sheets.

7.

These cookies will spread while baking, so leave enough space between each one.

8.

Bake for 15 minutes. Enjoy!

Notes:

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for two to three days. Can be frozen for two to three months in a single layer or with parchment between.
