Learn how to prepare easy breaded and fried chicken croquettes. Pair these little patties with a bun and some salad and that’s your dinner done.
1 and 3/4 cups cooked ground chicken
1 stalk celery, diced
1 teaspoon Heaven & Earth Lemon Juice
1 small onion, grated
1 teaspoon chopped parsley or 1 cube Dorot Gardens Frozen Parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup Gefen Bread Crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
Combine first eight ingredients, mixing well.
Shape into patties.
Roll patties in crumbs, dip in eggs and roll again in crumbs.
Fry in hot oil for five minutes or until golden brown on both sides.
