Diets These are just incredible. I never thought it was possible that an ingredients could be more calories per tablespoon than oil or butter, but it seems it’s been accomplished. Nevertheless, the right amount of cookie butter in a recipe can really do wonders in a dessert. If you’re a crispy edges/gooey center fan, you’ll get plenty of that here. Yield: 16 bars
1 and 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 and 1/3 cups Glicks Flour
1 teaspoon Haddar Baking Powder
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
2 teaspoons Gefen Vanilla
1 cup cookie butter
white chocolate, chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease an eight-inch square baking dish.
Add all ingredients to your baking dish. Mix to combine. Optionally, top with white chocolate.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until middle isn’t jiggly. Let cool before slicing into bars (freeze for a bit for neater slices). These freeze really well.
