Cookie Butter Stuffed Crackers

  • 24 Ritz crackers or equivalent

  • 1/2 cup cookie butter

  • 1 bag white chocolate chips, melted

  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil

Directions

Prepare the Cookie Butter Stuffed Crackers

Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave for two minutes set on 50% power. Mix well and let cool but not harden.

Lay out 12 crackers. Put one teaspoon chocolate on each cracker, spreading so that it covers the cracker completely. Cover the crackers with remaining crackers.

3.

Dip the sandwich crackers in white chocolate. Set on cooling rack until it hardens.

Notes:

Keep in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
