Submitted by Rivks1   The easiest dessert ever – perfect for Friday night when kept on the blech.

Ingredients

Cookie Pie

  • graham cracker pie crust

  • chocolate chips

  • 12 pieces frozen cookie dough

Directions

Prepare the Cookie Pie

1.

Add chocolate chips to fill the bottom of the pie crust. Arrange frozen cookie dough circles on top.

2.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cover and keep on blech till ready to serve so the chocolate is melty. Serve as is or with ice cream.
