1/2 cup of oil
1 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 and 3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon Nescafe
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
Mix all the ingredients and place in a greased baking dish with a removable bottom.
Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven at 180-200 degrees Celsius. The right point is when it’s a little soft inside!
