The best way to describe corn dogs is hot dogs skewered on sticks, dipped in corn batter, and then fried to a golden brown. These are the ultimate fried food and fantastic for parties and get-togethers.
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 and 1/2 teaspoons Haddar Baking Powder
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup Gefen Almond Milk
10 hot dogs
Mix the batter ingredients together.
Insert skewers into hot dogs then roll or dip them in the batter. Fry until golden brown.

I think I once used this batter for cheese sticks. Came out good, but would probably leave out the sugar next time. Thanks for the recipe!

Jakomo What do you use to fry the Corn Dogs. A regular frying pan with a lot of oil or a deep fryer? and at what temperature does the oil has to be?
You can use either one and the oil should be at 350F.
