1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients well.
3. Pour into cupcake tins. Be sure to fill only halfway. Alternatively, you can pour into a greased eight- by eight-inch cake pan for cornbread squares.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
5. Cool and serve. These are best served warm with butter or margarine.
