Diets These corn ribs are the perfect balance of sweet and spicy, and they’re oil free. Warning: once you start eating them, you just can’t stop.
4 fresh cobs of corn
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4–1/2 teaspoon chili powder
3 tablespoons maple syrup
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Using a very sharp, large knife, cut cobs in half lengthwise and then in quarters (see note).
Place corn ribs on baking sheet.
In a separate bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients.
Coat corn ribs on all sides.
Bake for 35–45 minutes.
