I can’t be the only one who’s noticed this silly trend on the Internet, and of course I had to give corn ribs a try. They look cute, and they’re easy for kids to eat, but insider secret: If your produce guy isn’t cutting these for you, the shape isn’t worth losing a finger over. They taste just as good as regular-shaped corn! For more great ideas, watch Shortcuts by Family Table.
4 ears corn
4 cloves garlic, crushed or 4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon Gefen Honey
1 teaspoon salt
Split the ears of corn lengthwise in half and then quarters.
Combine garlic, oil, honey, and salt, and brush onto corn (only on the kernels, not onto the husk).
Grill on a medium-hot grill for 10 minutes or until lightly charred, or 20 minutes for whole corn.
