Wait! Don’t go! It’s not as gross as it sounds! Cottage cheese recipes have been all the rage lately. Ironically, I’ve been using cottage cheese since forever. When cakes call for cream cheese, I simply blend my cottage cheese. I use it in lasagna in place of ricotta cheese. I dice fruits or vegetables to eat with a scoop of cottage cheese. It only makes sense that the world caught on to my little trick and also started using it!
Yield: approximately 2 cups of smoothie
6–7 frozen strawberries
1 banana
1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup milk
Place all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
