4 cups fruit punch soda
2 bags cotton candy
4 cocktail cups
toothpicks
striped sour belts
Pour one cup of soda into each cocktail cup. Top with cotton candy immediately before serving.
Watch the cotton candy fizzle away.
Optional; place a toothpick with a striped sour belt on it into the cotton candy for garnish.
