This recipe is a snap to put together (and clean up after) and yields a delicious, sweet but not too sweet meat.
2 tablepoons onion soup mix
1/2 cup water
6 minute steak slices
Combine cranberry sauce, onion soup mix, and water.
Pour mixture over steaks. Cover tightly in 9-x-13 inch aluminum pan with foil and bake at 350 degrees for two and a half hours.

Will this freeze well?
crockpot? Can this recipe be made in a crockpot? For how many hours would you cook it?
Not a fan of steak in a crock pot.
Club Steak? I have made this before but this time I only have club steak. Would that work?
I think so. Use your oven thermometer to test doneness.
does this freeze well
