Diets These babka muffins, loaded with runny chocolate and cream cheese, are absolutely incredible, rich, and divine! Enough said—now make these and enjoy!
Yield: 24 muffins
4 cups cake flour
1 and 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup Haddar Brown Sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 and 1/2 sticks butter at room temperature
4 eggs
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon Gefen Cinnamon
1 and 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon cake flour
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup hot water
1/3 cup Gefen Cocoa
1/4 teaspoon Gefen Cinnamon
1 and 1/2 cups Gefen Confectioners’ Sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
1 8-ounce cream cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
melted chocolate, to drizzle
Start by mixing the first five ingredients until crumbly.
Set aside one and one-fourth cups of this crumb mixture.
Add the remaining ingredients to the batter and mix well.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
Pour two tablespoons of batter into each muffin cup.
Add a tablespoon of the cream cheese filling.
Top with a heaping tablespoon of the chocolate mixture.
Add another tablespoon of batter on top, then sprinkle the reserved crumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 to 30 minutes.
Allow the muffins to cool, then drizzle melted chocolate on top.

Also, can this be made with regular flour?
Its not clear to me from the ingredients list – does the recipe call for eighteen oz of cream cheese or for 1 container of 8 oz of cream cheese?
