1. Cut off the edges of the bread. Use a rolling pin to roll out the bread until thin.
2. Smear the flattened bread with whipped veggie cream cheese. Add a slice of lox and roll it all up. Smear the outside of the roll with more cream cheese.
3. Prepare a plate with Everything but the Bagel Seasoning and some sprigs of fresh dill. Roll the bread roll ups in the mixture.
