Diets This recipe has been around for a while, and because Bundt cakes are a big favorite around here, I really wanted to try it.
We actually liked this cake better after it was refrigerated because it brought out a light cheesecake flavor.
Yields 1 bundt cake
1 cup butter
1 8-ounce (225-gram) package cream cheese
3 cups sugar
6 eggs
3 cups Glicks Flour
1 tablespoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon Gefen Lemon Extract (optional)
Cream the butter and cream cheese in the bowl of an electric mixer until fluffy.
Add the sugar and mix for a minute. Next, add the eggs one by one.
Then, add the flour, vanilla extract, and lemon extract if using.
Grease a Bundt pan, loaf pan, or muffin pan. Pour the batter into the pan.
Place the pan in the cold oven and then heat it to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees Celsius). Bake for one and a half hours if using a Bundt pan; adjust timing for muffins.

Hi no baking powder?
Hi! I would bake them at 350F for between 15 to 25 minutes and keep checking them in 5-minute intervals until they are done. You should get around 24 muffins.
You don’t need to do that if you don’t want to. You can just preheat the oven 🙂
