Prepare the Soup

  1. Saute the onion and garlic cubes in oil.
  2. Once the onion is golden brown, add in the cauliflower, chicken consomme, water , salt and pepper. Bring to a rolling boil.
  3. Lower fire and simmer for 45 minutes.
  4. Blend the soup.

    Love this soup! I substitute one cup of water for milk to make it more creamy - a favorite! Dont remember what I did in the past though - I live in Israel so not sure... Does one bag mean 16 oz. or 32 oz.?

    Yum!!!

    Made 1 time the recipe to make sure the whole family likes...it was gone at one meal. Next time I’ll triple or quadruple the recipe. Definitely a keeper
