Creamy Glaze

  • 6 tablespoons Gefen Cocoa

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 2 tablespoons water

  • 1/3 cup shortening

  • 1 egg yolk

Directions

Prepare the Creamy Glaze

1.

Bring first three ingredients to a boil, cook only until liquefied.

2.

Cream shortening and egg until light and fluffy.

3.

Combine with chocolate mixture until smooth.
