Diets This dairy dip takes minutes to prepare, and it will be devoured just as quickly! I like to double the recipe and serve it with homemade everything crackers; you can sandwich it, dip it, or shmear it.
8 ounces imitation kani
2 tablespoons Gefen Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons Glicks Hot Sauce, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon Gefen Paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 scallion, washed and sliced (optional)
Shred the kani, then cut into small pieces and place in a medium bowl.
Add mayonnaise, cream cheese, hot sauce, paprika, salt, pepper, and scallions (if using). Mix with a fork until smooth.
