This dressing instantly takes any simple salad to a whole new level. We can’t get enough of this stuff. It’s super- flavorful and easy to put together. I make a big batch for the week and it’s ready whenever I want to enjoy a quick salad. You might want to double or triple the recipe.
1 cup loosely packed parsley, cleaned
1/2 tablespoon Heaven & Earth Lemon Juice
1/2 tablespoon mustard
1/2 tablespoon Gefen Minced Garlic
3 tablespoons Gefen Light Mayo (or sugar-free if desired)
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
water, as needed, to thin
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Taste and adjust if needed. The dressing thickens a bit as it sits in the fridge.

should only the parsley leave be included or is stem ok too?
I would stick to majority leaves but it won’t hurt to add a little bit of the stem.
