4 cups milk
3 cups heavy cream
2 cups chopped spinach, fresh or frozen, such as Beleaves
2 cups mixed shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese, divided
6 large basil leaves, shredded
1/4 cup cream cheese
1 tablespoon Haddar Kosher Salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a 9×13-inch pan, add all the ingredients besides a half cup of shredded cheese and mix well. Cover tightly and bake for one hour.
Uncover and top the pasta with the rest of the shredded cheese. Bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes.
