Crispy Baked Ravioli

This frozen cheese ravioli breaded with Italian bread crumbs, baked in the oven, and served with marinara sauce can serve as an appetizer or side dish at your Yom Tov table.

Ingredients

Crispy Baked Ravioli

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • pinch of salt

  • 1 and 1/2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs, such as Gefen

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions

Prepare the Crispy Baked Ravioli

1.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a baking sheet with oil spray.

2.

In a small bowl, whisk egg, milk, and salt.

3.

In a flat dish, combine bread crumbs and cheese.

4.

Dip frozen ravioli in egg mixture, then dredge in bread crumbs until coated.

5.

Place on tray and repeat with remaining ravioli.

6.

Spray tops with oil spray and bake for 15–20 minutes.

7.

Serve hot with marinara sauce.

5 stars would reccomend i made it and it was amazing finished in 5 minutes
