Crispy Coated Fish Fingers


The coating really transforms fish into a kids’ favorite!


Prepare the Crispy Coated Fish Fingers

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Place cereals and breadcrumbs in a bag and crush until fine crumbs form. Pour into a bowl.
3. Slice fillets into thin strips. Dip into egg, then dredge into cereal mixture. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
