2 chicken cutlets, sliced thinly
4 to 6 tablespoons Glicks Flour
pinch of salt
1/4 cup store-bought crispy fried onions
4 to 6 tablespoons oil, such as Gefen Canola Oil
Gefen Paprika, to taste (optional)
Put the flour and salt into a gallon- sized Ziploc bag, seal tightly and shake to mix.
Add the chicken cutlets to the bag, seal tightly and shake to coat.
Sprinkle half of the crispy fried onions on the bottom of a baking pan.
Layer the cutlets on top.
Sprinkle the rest of the crispy onions on top of the cutlets. Drizzle with oil.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour. For a crispy top, uncover for the last 15 minutes.
Tastes delicious served with piping hot mashed potatoes.
