Diets These scrumptious potatoes are easy, flavorful, and make the perfect family-friendly side dish! It is made in the Betty with perfect timing instructions, so that you can get dinner on the table in no time!
2 pounds red potatoes
5 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon Gefen Mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoon BBQ sauce, such as Telma
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
3 tablespoons crispy fried onions
Start by washing the potatoes very well.
Cut them in half and make a small slit with a knife on the inside part of each half.
Heat the Betty Crocker.
In a large bowl, toss the potatoes in the oil.
Stir together the remaining ingredients and sprinkle them over the potatoes, then toss to coat.
Transfer to the Betty Crocker, arranging them in a single layer, cut side down. Pour the remaining oil onto the potatoes and let it cook for 15 minutes per side.
Do not open the Betty Crocker during cooking time.

can we make them in the oven and what temp and how long covered or uncovered thanks
Yes, I would do betweeen 375-400F for around 30 min or until done.
