1 to 1 and 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 small onion, finely diced
olive oil (Gefen’s squeeze bottle is easiest)
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1 and 1/2 tablespoons Gefen Tomato Paste
small wraps or tortillas
dairy-free cheese slices (halved per taco)
avocado dip
Israeli salad
Heat a squeeze of olive oil in a pan and sauté onion until soft.
Add ground beef and break it up into small pieces as it cooks. Season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, taco seasoning, and tomato paste. Mix and cook until mostly cooked, about five minutes.
Lay wraps on a parchment-lined sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil for that perfect golden crisp.
Flip wraps over and add a large spoonful of the beef mixture and the dairy-free cheese inside, then fold.
Drizzle with more olive oil.
Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for seven minutes, flip, then bake another seven minutes until crispy and golden.
Top with avocado dip, Israeli salad, and cilantro lime drizzle.
