Diets Imagine the child of a hamentaschen and crumb cake. This is that child.
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon Haddar Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons Gefen Vanilla Sugar
3 – 3 and 1/4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 and 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup oil (start with 1/2 and if too dry add in an additional 1 – 2 tablespoons)
1 teaspoon Gefen Cinnamon
Mix the eggs, oil, and sugar together.
Add in the baking powder, salt, and vanilla sugar, and mix.
Add in the flour and mix until a dough forms. (If dough is wet add in one to three tablespoons more flour, one at a time.)
In a separate bowl in all the ingredients for the crumbs together.
Roll out the dough and cut out circles. Fill with about one to one and 1/2 teaspoons of the crumb filling. Seal sides well.
Bake 15-18 minutes.
