Crunch-Topped Sweet Potato Pie


Melt-in-your-mouth delicious!


1. Peel and cut up sweet potatoes; cook in water until soft. Drain and mash. Add rest of ingredients and stir. Grease two 9-inch pans and spread mixture inside.
2. Stir topping ingredients with fork until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle on top of pies.
3. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes, until crumbs on top are lightly browned.
