Start Cooking

Prepare the Salad

  1. Place avocados and tomatoes in a bowl.

  2. Mix together olive oil, lime juice and cilantro.

  3. Toss tomatoes and avocados with dressing and season with salt and pepper.

  4. On a platter, arrange avocado and tomato mixture over the lettuce and top with Veggie Croutons.
