1 pound fillet sole, salmon, flounder, etc.
1/2 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Gefen Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup Gefen Cornflake Crumbs
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 and 1/2 cups Baron Herzog Chenin Blanc or other white wine (optional)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Brush fillet with mayonnaise. (For savory flavor, soak fish in white wine instead.)
Combine crumbs and spices. Coat fillets with crumbs.
Bake uncovered for 12 to 15 minutes.
