These crunchy, slightly sweet fingers can make even the most anti-fish members of your family go for doubles! If you don’t have Crispix on hand, use Chex, corn flakes, or Rice Krispies.
1 and 1/2 to 2 pounds fresh tilapia fillets (frozen works too, just rinse and dry well)
3 tablespoons Gefen Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon Glicks Soy Sauce (use a wheat-free version for gluten-free)
1 teaspoon Gefen Onion Powder
4 cups Crispix, crushed (makes 2 cups crushed cereal)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, oil, soy sauce, and onion powder. Place crushed cereal in a separate bowl.
Cut tilapia into finger-sized pieces. Dip each into the mayonnaise mixture, then into cereal crumbs.
Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until crispy.
