Crunchy Tilapia Fingers

Ingredients

Crunchy Tilapia Fingers

  • 1 and 1/2 to 2 pounds fresh tilapia fillets (frozen works too, just rinse and dry well)

  • 3 tablespoons Gefen Mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 1 tablespoon Glicks Soy Sauce (use a wheat-free version for gluten-free)

Directions

1.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.

2.

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, oil, soy sauce, and onion powder. Place crushed cereal in a separate bowl.

3.

Cut tilapia into finger-sized pieces. Dip each into the mayonnaise mixture, then into cereal crumbs.

4.

Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until crispy.
