Ingredients

Crispy Coated Fish Fingers

  • 1 cup Rice Krispies

  • 1 cup Corn Chex

  • 1 cup Frosted Flakes

  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

  • 4 tilapia fillets, skinned

  • 2 eggs, whisked

Directions

Prepare the Crispy Coated Fish Fingers

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Place cereals and breadcrumbs in a bag and crush until fine crumbs form. Pour into a bowl.

3.

Slice fillets into thin strips. Dip into egg, then dredge into cereal mixture. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
