The batter seems very thick (almost like a dough). Is this recipe missing some eggs in the batter?
I added 2 eggs to the batter and the results were delicious!!!
can this be done in the oven as opposed to fry I ng?
Delicious! My non-fish lovers enjoyed it so much!
