Ingredients

Cucumber Salad

  • 10 medium kirby cucumbers, thinly sliced

  • 3 peppers, assorted colors, julienned

  • 1 purple onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup Gefen Lemon Juice

Directions

1.

Combine cucumbers, peppers, and onion.

2.

Mix lemon juice with sugar and salt until dissolved, then pour over vegetables and toss to coat.
