Mummy’s Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

Cucumber Salad

  • 3-4 English cucumbers

  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • 1 medium onion

  • 1/2 cup vinegar

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar

  • dash of pepper

Directions

1.

Place in a bowl and sprinkle with salt.

2.

Slice cucumber thinly.

3.

Allow to stand for 30 minutes.

4.

Squeeze out water and place in a bowl.

5.

Slice onions into rings and place in bowl.

6.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

7.

Refrigerate.
