Diets Makes about 2 cups.
3/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup whole milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup Gefen Cocoa Powder
3 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips, such as Glicks
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup Mighty Sesame Tahini
1 teaspoon vanilla
In a small saucepan, add sugar, milk, and salt and bring to a simmer. Whisk in cocoa powder until combined.
Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and allow to melt for a couple of minutes before whisking to combine.
Whisk in butter, tahini, and vanilla until smooth. Serve warm.
