2 onions, diced
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups water
7 potatoes, cubed
1 carrot, diced
1 can corn, drained
3 cups milk
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
Sauté onions in butter until soft. Stir in flour; mix well.
Add water, potatoes, and carrot. Cover and cook until potatoes are soft, about 25 to 30 minutes.
Add corn and milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

What size can of corn (ozs)?

Yummy, simple to make and filling soup.
I added an extra 1/2 cup of water to the recommended two cups, since I felt there wasn’t enough water. It turned out great! Definitely a recipe I’d make again.
