Dairy-Free Tzatziki

A Greek sauce traditionally made from yogurt, dill, and cucumber. Here is a parve version that goes great with grilled chicken. Watch Chef Gabe make this and two other sauces here!

Prepare the Tzatziki

  1. Cut cucumbers in half, deseed then grate.  Wring them out in a clean kitchen towel to remove the excess liquid. You should have around two cups of shredded cucumber.

  2. To a food processor add mayo, shredded cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest,  dill, and mint.  Blend until all the ingredients are incorporated.  Taste and season with salt and pepper.
