This soup is absolutely delicious!! It has a very distinct taste that I’m sure you’ll love!
1 onion, diced
1 pkg frozen green beans
1 8 oz container sour cream
oil for sautéing
1 Tbs salt or more for desired taste
Heat oil in 4 qt pot then sauté onions until golden.
Add green beans and salt and fill pot with water.
Bring to a boil then lower flame and cook for 1 hr.
Place sour cream in a 1 lb container and add 1 soup ladle of soup without green beans.
Cover the container and shake well over a sink (you might have to shake it a little and then recover it and shake some more).
Refrigerate and serve chilled.
