Diets These cute flower-shaped miniature chocolate cakes are a perfect Shavuot dessert.
9 eggs
1 and 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup sifted Gefen Cocoa
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup oil
1 tablespoon Gefen Vanilla Sugar
1 cup flour
10 ounces whipped cream
2 tablespoons instant pudding mix
chocolate garnish
Beat egg whites and sugar until stiff.
Add yolks and rest of ingredients. Pour into cookie sheet.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Freeze for two hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Beat whip cream until stiff.
Fold in pudding by hand. Spread on top of cake.
Refreeze for two hours.
Grate chocolate on top of cream for decoration. Cut while semi-frozen with a daisy shape cookie cutter to form miniatures.
