This is the salad that pairs well with literally any kind of main dish. Not to be missed!

Ingredients

Salad

  • 2 hearts of romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 1/2 pint grape tomatoes

  • 1/2 cucumber, diced (optional)

  • 1/4 cup mini onion garlic croutons

Dressing

Directions

Prepare the Salad

1.

Combine romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber.

2.

Mix together dressing ingredients and pour over salad just before serving. Top with croutons.

Notes:

This recipe makes enough dressing for more than one salad.

Variation:

This recipe works equally well with cherry tomatoes in place of grape and frozen garlic cubes in place of fresh minced garlic.
