14-ounce bag green shredded cabbage with carrots
1 and 1/2 cups purple cabbage
5 scallions, minced
1/2 red pepper, cubed
1/3 cup honey glazed slivered almonds
2 tablespoons crushed wasabi coated peas
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Heaven & Earth Lemon Juice
1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 teaspoon salt
dash Pereg Pepper
In a big bowl, layer shredded cabbage, scallions, red pepper, almonds, and wasabi coated peas.
Then, in a bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients.
Pour the dressing over the salad and enjoy!
