2-pound cowboy steak
1 and 1/2 tablespoons oil
3/4 teaspoon Manischewitz Kosher Salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 and 1/2 tablespoons Manischewitz Honey
2 and 1/2 tablespoons Haddar Corn Syrup
2 tablespoons sweet sauce
2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
2 cubes Gefen Frozen Ginger
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Bring the steak to room temperature. Rub it with the oil and sprinkle it with the salt and pepper. Poke an instant read thermometer through the thickest part and set it to 130 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix together the sauce and cover both sides of your steak with the sauce.
Roast the cowboy for about 20 minutes on one side and then flip. Do the same to the other side, until your instant read thermometer beeps at 130. That’s about another 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven immediately. Do NOT overbake. Internal temperature is EVERYTHING. Let the meat rest for 10 minutes.
Slice against the grain and drizzle with sauce.
Serve over mashed potatoes and roasted broccoli.
