Dasi’s Pesach Finger-Lickin’ Chicken Fingers

Directions

1. Combine the batter ingredients. Mix in the chicken pieces and coat well. Set aside.
2. Mix the ingredients for the sauce in a small pot. Boil until well combined. (You will only use a small portion of sauce for this recipe. The unused sauce freezes well.)
3. Deep fry the chicken pieces quickly in hot oil. Don’t overcrowd the pan. Fry them until golden. Serve with a bowl of sweet and sour sauce for dipping.
