Diets Date Crunch Bark is a layer of dates, covered with chocolate and almond butter, and sprinkled with toppings. You can switch up the toppings to suit any occasion, but the pistachios and pomegranate here are perfect for Tu Bishvat, the Jewish New Year for Trees.
