This pizza is so simple to make, and is a really fun party idea.
1 portion pizza dough, rolled very thinly into a round shape
6 large marshmallows, cut into smaller pieces
1/2 cup cookie crumbs (ready-made, or just crush a few Kedem Tea Biscuits in a food processor)
1 cup Glicks Chocolate Chips
4 ounces (115 grams) baking chocolate
1 tablespoon Gefen Non-dairy Whipped Topping
2 teaspoons oil
Preheat oven to broil. Place the pizza dough on a lined baking sheet or a pizza stone. Sprinkle evenly with marshmallow chunks, chocolate chips, and cookie crumbs. Place the “pizza” in the oven on a rack positioned in the center of the oven for about four minutes, or until marshmallows are a golden brown.
Meanwhile, in a double boiler, let the chocolate, whipped topping, and oil melt together, stirring occasionally to combine. When the pizza is done, drizzle the chocolate sauce over top and serve immediately.
